Chamomile tea

To make chamomile tea, you need the following:

  • 1 tablespoon of dried chamomile flowers
  • 1 cup of water (25 cl)

How to prepare chamomile tea:

Put chamomile flowers in a filter ball or directly into your cup.

Pour boiling water and let steep for 10 minutes.

If you didn’t manage to trap the flowers in a filter, strain the infusion.
